Our Saddle Return Policy - Please Read Carefully

Saddle Returns :    Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and returns must be insured. All returns must be shipped by the fourth (4th) day of Buyer's receipt of saddle. Buyer must email us at returns@circleftack.com within three (3) days and get a Return Merchandise Authorization ( RMA ) Number to authorize the return. No saddle will be accepted for return without an RMA Number. If all of the above conditions are met, a refund of the final invoice price, minus original shipping and handling charges will be issued. Saddle must be shipped by the Fourth day after receipt or we shall no longer be required to accept the return . Saddles must be returned in the same condition as when sent to Buyer. Any damage or loss shall be the sole responsibility of Buyer who shall be liable for any and all costs necessary to return the saddle to the same condition and value as when shipped to Buyer. The sale of the saddle is made, with this Three (3) day right of return, conditioned upon Buyer’s acknowledgement and agreement of this responsibility and liability. For purposes of this Agreement damage shall include, but not be limited to, any action or failure to act which darkens the leather, allows the Saddle to get wet, any scratching or cutting of the leather or silver or punching holes in the leather, staining or otherwise discoloring the leather, or any and all damage caused by horses. We shall have the sole discretion to determine if the Saddle is able to be resold without reduction for any damage caused by Buyer and if Saddle cannot be sold without said reduction, then we shall not be obligated to accept the return and we shall return the Saddle back to Buyer and have no further obligation.

What is It?: Buyer may elect to purchase a NEW saddle using our "3-Pay Saddle Purchase Program". You will need a major credit card and a Paypal account with a confirmed address. You will be required to execute an Agreement allowing us to charge your credit card at specific dates, 30 and sixty days after your initial purchase.

How it Works: (1) You make a purchase of a NEW saddle. (2) You pay the first payment which is 1/3 of the total cost of the saddle including shipping, handling and sales tax if applicable. (3) 30 days from the initial purchase, we will charge your credit card for 1/3 of the total cost of the saddle. (4) 60 days from the initial purchase, we will charge your credit card for 1/3 of the total cost of the saddle representing your final payment. As long as your payments are paid on each installment date, there is no interest. You Saddle will be shipped to you once your FINAL 1/3 payment has cleared.

What to Do?: Simple, call or email us with your saddle choice. Once we have processed your 1st payment, we will box up your saddle and have it ready for shipment upon receipt of your final payment.
