Our Bit Return Policy - Please Read Carefully

Bits are not returnable. Once a bit has been placed in a horse's mouth, the bit will show some form of marks or scratches and therefore cannot be resold as a new bit. Accordingly, we are unable to accept the bit for return. Should you have no desire to use or sale your bit, we would repurchase the "used" bit for one-half of the final invoice total. You would be responsible for shipment to our location at your sole cost and expense. Should you avail yourself of this repurchase program and decide you would like to purchase another bit from us at the time of your return, we will offer you a 10% discount on the new purchase. This "Bit Return Policy" does not apply to any Bit "Rental" Programs now in effect or which may become in effect in the future such as the Myler Rental Program.
